Does any meal plan balance change hands?

No — and it never will. The seller swipes their own meal plan to buy food for the buyer. The buyer pays the seller a discount in cash through Stripe. Balance stays exactly where it was.

Is MealFlip endorsed by my university?

No. We're a third party. We don't share data with any school. Whether participating is allowed under your school's policies is on you to check.

How fast does the seller get paid?
A.
When the buyer confirms delivery, the payout releases to the seller's Stripe Connect account — typically 1–3 business days.

What if a pickup goes wrong?
A.
Open a dispute from the order page. We see the chat history, payment status, and timestamps. Most cases resolve within 48 hours.

Can I be just a buyer, or just a seller?
A.
Yes — pick your role in your profile. You can change it anytime.
