Terms of Service.

MealFlip is an independent peer-to-peer coordination marketplace operated by its creators. It is not a financial institution, a campus dining provider, or a university program.

MealFlip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any university or campus dining service. Mention of a university name on this platform is purely descriptive and does not imply any partnership.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MealFlip complies with your university's meal plan terms, student conduct code, and any applicable laws. We make no representation that any specific arrangement is permitted by your school.

MealFlip never transfers, brokers, scrapes, automates, manipulates, or integrates with university meal plan systems. Sellers use their own meal plan funds to purchase food themselves. Buyers pay sellers a discounted cash price through MealFlip. Meal plan balance never changes hands.

Buyer payments are processed by Stripe. Seller payouts are issued via Stripe Connect after a buyer confirms delivery. MealFlip charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. We do not store full payment card details.

Either party may open a dispute on an order. Our team reviews the order chat, transaction history, and provided evidence. MealFlip's decision on disputes is final for the purposes of this platform; nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

You may not use MealFlip to:

• Misrepresent your identity, university, or what you can deliver.
• Coordinate transactions that violate your school's policies.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger another user.
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the payment system.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate the platform without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe engaged in prohibited behavior, fraud, or activity that endangers other users.

MealFlip provides a coordination tool only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any item exchanged between users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the platform fees you have paid in the prior 12 months.

We collect the minimum information necessary to run the platform — your email, profile, transactions, and chat messages. We do not sell your personal data. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored by MealFlip in full.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of MealFlip after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
